Adrienne Dresevic, Esq.

Founding Partner

ADRIENNE DRESEVIC is a founding shareholder of The Health Law Partners, P.C. Prior to entering law school, she worked as an auditor in the Asset Based Lending Group of NBD, where she was promoted to an officer in 1995. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wayne State University Law School in 2002, where she was elected as a member of the Order of the Coif. While at Wayne State, she was the recipient of Wayne Faculty Awards in Criminal Law and Contracts, Dean Scholarship, and Scholarship for outstanding performance in Health Law.

Ms. Dresevic practices in all areas of health care law and devotes a substantial portion of her practice to providing clients with counsel and analysis regarding Stark and fraud and abuse. She also regularly assists clients with compliance issues, reimbursement issues, and payor audits.

Ms. Dresevic is a Board Member of the Taos Health Law Roundtable, an annual CLE & Ski conference held in Taos, New Mexico.

Ms. Dresevic is a member of the American Health Law Association, American Bar Association ("ABA") (Member, Health Law Section), State Bar of Michigan (Member, Health Care Law Section), and State Bar of New York (Member, Health Law Section).

Ms. Dresevic is the Chair of the ABA Health Law Section. She is also the Chair of the Dobbs Task Force.

Previously, Ms. Dresevic served as the Budget Officer and Chair of the Publications Committee of the ABA Health Law Section. She served as a co-Chair for The Physicians Legal Issues Conference for three years. She also is the Past Chair of the ABA Fraud and Abuse Toolkit. Ms. Dresevic has also served as the Chair of the ABA eSource publication.

Ms. Dresevic is an instructor at the University of Florida teaching the Pharmaceutical Fraud and Abuse Online program and has served in this role since 2016.

Ms. Dresevic has written extensively on subjects across the spectrum of health care law, including, co-authoring a monthly column in the Association for Medical Imaging Management's ("AHRA") publication, Link, regarding up-to-date legal issues relevant to imaging providers and suppliers. Ms. Dresevic has won the Burton Award for Distinguished Legal Writing (the "Pulitzer Prize" of legal writing).
