Daniel Weiner, Esq.

DANIEL WEINER is an associate attorney at The Health Law Partners, P.C.  Mr. Weiner concentrates his practice on regulatory and transactional matters, including reimbursement regulations, entity formation, and healthcare-related transactional agreements. 

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Weiner's practice focused on commercial litigation.  His experience includes representing litigants in claims arising from torts, breach of contract, and fraud. 

Mr. Weiner graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and Cornell University.
