SAMANTHA K. NISKAR is an associate attorney at The Health Law Partners, P.C. Ms. Niskar focuses her practice on healthcare mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, and corporate formation and governance.

Prior to joining The Health Law Partners, Ms. Niskar worked at a national Am Law 200 firm, where she worked on mergers and acquisitions in a variety of fields, corporate formation and governance, and banking transactions.

Ms. Nikar received her J.D. from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, graduating summa cum laude.
